Program Pay & Benefits
New Pay and Pay Packages for January and February 2015!
Effective Monday, January 5, 2015, all Line Haul, Dedicated and Regional drivers paid by mile will receive a .01 cent pay increase across the board. Also, effective January 5th, there will be an increase in the following pay programs:
- $30 Tarp Pay
- $60 Layover Pay
- $15 Detention Pay
- $50 Breakdown Pay for hours 6 through 24 and $75 per additional day
Effective Monday, February 2, 2015, there will be a second .01 increase applied to all Line Haul, Dedicated and Regional Drivers paid by mile. Starting pay will reflect these new pay increases accordingly.
A $1,000 Sign-On Bonus will apply to all Qualified Flatbed drivers and$1,000 in Orientation Pay. A $500 Sign-On Bonus will apply to all other OTR Experienced Drivers and $750 for Orientation and Training Pay.

* Starting Percentage Pay is Up to 28%! Drivers are averaging up to 56 CPM!
* Effective January 5, 2015, dedicated pay is up to 46 CPM and Dedicated Regional is up to 47 CPM.
